Best Practice Agreement

Please note that this “Agreement” interchangeably to mean this document together with our:
Host Best Practice Agreement,
Your use of the Platform as a Preferred Partner signifies that you agree to this Agreement.
The terms “SFT,” “SFC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” include Sacred Feminine Tribes®, Sacred Feminine Touch®, Our Sacred Feminine Community, Sacred Feminine Community®, Braley Mitchel Pty Ltd our corporate parent, Tribe Host, Preferred Partners, affiliates, and or subsidiaries. We use the terms “you” and “your” to mean any person using our Platform for whatever reason, and any organization or person using the Platform on an organization’s behalf.
The term "Services" or "Products" includes Events, Services, Classes, Courses and Products.
It is understood that the aim of Our Sacred Feminine Community Preferred Partners Best Practice Agreement is created on the basis that SFC and the Preferred Partner wish to help each other's business to succeed.
SFC will promote our Preferred Partner businesses to the best of our ability on our platform and we expect the same commitment from our Preferred Partner. If failure to support each other’s growth should occur then this part of the agreement shall be null and void.
So as to support each other's growth we require the following agreements.
1. What We Agree To:
1.1 We will promote your Services and Events on our SFC Platform to the best of our ability including our Websites, Social Media pages & groups, Meetup group, other websites & Newsletters.
1.2 We will also share your Services and Events throughout other regions in various other Facebook groups for greater exposure to our target market.
1.3 With regards to Events only, Sacred Feminine Touch® will create the Facebook Event Page and make you a co-host.
Social Media Paid Advertising
1.4 As part of our efforts to promote your Services and Events, we can conduct paid Facebook & Instagram advertising to the target market and area at your cost. Budget limits will be discussed before any advertising begins if you wish to use this service.
Our Membership Base
1.5 As a Preferred Partner, you have ongoing access to all of our SFC members and clients that our SFC members may introduce to you. Our community membership is continually growing every single day and by joining with us, so is your reach.
Ticket Sales for Events
1.6 At SFC we use our own ticketing system for all events.
By using our system, you will receive a progress report for paid ticket sales when they occur, showing who purchased the ticket and what tickets have been sold & the number of people attending the event at that time.
For free Community Events that require registration, no progress reports will be given until the day of the event unless arranged with SFC.
Once the event has been completed, we will send you an event statement. All monies owing will be deposited directly into your bank account within 48 business hours of receiving an invoice from you.
Any email addresses collected from ticket sales for your event will be supplied to you within 48hrs of the event finishing. This will give you the opportunity to grow your database, and continue marketing to event attendees.
The Charities We Donate To
1/7 SFC is dedicated to "Touching The Lives Of Women Everywhere." And one of the ways we do this is to by donating 10% of any monies we earn from our Preferred Partner Program Service Fee to a number of Homeless Women's Charities
2. What You Agree To:
2.1 Only SFC Members who are accepted as Preferred Partners are eligible to promote, advertise and sell their Events, Services, Classes, Courses or Product sales on the SFC Platform. (This does not include the Facebook Community Group)
2.2 As a Preferred Partner we encourage you to promote your Events, Services, Classes, Courses or Product sales through many other platforms besides the SFC Platform so as to build and develop your own business. However, if we find that you are promoting your Services on other platforms at a price less than what is on the SFC Platform, you agree that we have the right to either match the price or stop the promotion of your Services including in the Facebook Community Group.
2.3 It is agreed that you will comply with our Preferred Partner Best Practices Agreement when using the SFC Platform and in dealing with Our Sacred Feminine Community Members.
2.4 It is agreed that as much as the name Preferred Partner Program suggests we are partners in this endeavour of supporting each other’s business to grow and prosper, SFC and yourself make no claim of ownership of the others business.
2.5 It is agreed that SFC will fulfil its part of this agreement by giving you ongoing access to our growing membership and promoting and supporting your business in many different ways as listed above in “What We Agree To Do.”
2.6 It is agreed that SFC will receive a 10% Service Fee of the total monies received on any Events, Services, Classes, Courses or Product sales, and for any and all ongoing business you receive from our SFC members.
2.7 It is agreed that SFC will receive a 10% Service Fee of the total monies received on any Events, Services, Classes, Courses or Product sales you receive from a client introduced to
you by an SFC member. This will occur for only the first time you receive a sale from that client.
2.8 If a client is introduced to you by an SFC member and if that client in the future becomes an SFC member, then clause 2.6 will apply, as the client is now an SFC member and was introduced to you as a client through SFC.
2.9 It is agreed that SFC will receive a 10% Service Fee of the total monies received on any Events, Services, Classes, Courses or Product sales you receive from any SFC members and any clients introduced by those SFC members, regardless of whether that business goes through our SFC Platform or not.
2.10 It is agreed that if a Preferred Partner has introduced a friend, family member or past client of their own who becomes an SFC member, (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY ‘FACEBOOK FRIENDS’) then we agree that any and all sales from that SFC member and any and all sales from people introduced by that SFC member, then 100% of those sales goes fully to the Preferred Partner and no 10% Service Fee is due to be paid to SFC, as long as that client, friend, family member or person introduced by the Preferred Partner does not use the SFC platform for their purchase, as this incurs extra cost for us.
2.11 It is agreed that SFC needs to be informed by the Preferred Partner in writing that a person being introduced as a new SFC member, is in fact a past client, friend or family member of the Preferred Partner when the person becomes an SFC member
(In other words, SFC will receive a 10% Service Fee of the total monies received on any Events, Services, Classes, Courses or Product sales, and for any and all ongoing business you receive from any SFC members, regardless of whether that business goes through our SFC Platform or not. As mentioned earlier, SFC donates a percentage of the PPP Service Fee to the charities' we support)
2.12 It is agreed that as much as offering a 10% discount to all SFC members is a powerful way to generate extra business, the offering or not of a 10% discount to all members will be left up to the discretion of each Preferred Partner.
2.13 If for any reason an Events, Services, Classes, Courses or Product sales that was paid for on the SFC platform, needs to be refunded, SFC will refund the full amount paid less the 10% Service Fee to the customer (This remuneration fee covers your use of our platform to promote, advertise and collect ticket sales for events and or service fees paid on your behalf.)
2.14 It is agreed that if the Events, Services, Classes, Courses or Product Sale are promoted on the SFC Platform, then purchases for those Events, Services, Classes, Courses or Product Sales must continue to go through the SFC Platform.
2.15 All Preferred Partner agree to only use the SFC ticketing system in any promotion of Tribe Events and or Free Community Events.
2.16 It is agreed that if an event you are holding requires us to use Wix event ticket sales platform, then a Wix 2.5% ticket service fee will be charged to the customer in addition to the ticket price (capped at $200 per ticket)
2.17 It is agreed that if a Preferred Partner provides a one to one service or classes they are required to maintain their own Calendar for Appointments and Bookings and synchronise their Google Calendar with Wix Booking Calendars.
3 Cross Promoting
3.1 It is agreed that we will advertise & promote your business on our website & Social Media as a Preferred Partner and we ask you to promote SFC on your platforms also.
3.2 We will include your email banners, social media graphics and information in our social marketing and ask that you include our banners in your marketing.
3.3 It is agreed that you will promote SFC at all events when they occur, that that have been promoted our platform.
4 Webinar Hosting
Our Sacred Feminine Community® has access to two professional zoom accounts and will make them available for your use at no charge. You will be nominated as co-host at the beginning of the webinar. Someone too moderate the event will also be available if required.
