Health 'n' Harmony for Life was founded in 2015 in the Hunter Valley area of NSW in order to provide comprehensive meditation practices and teachings from the Buddhist and other major traditions. Personalized support is also provided for people looking for personal growth and healing, plus other services, classes, retreats and events that support and foster meditation practices together with good health and wellbeing for my clients and students.

Qualifications

The Three Stages of Meditation Teachings with the Dalai Lama in Sydney (3 intensive days in 2008).
Mindfulness Meditation Teachers training (fully residential at Yarra Junction, 5 days in 2011).
Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (fully residential at the Mind Institute and Mind Power Global, 5 days in Sydney, 2012).
Guided Imagery and Insight Meditation Teachers Training (fully residential at Yarra Junction, 5 days 2016)
Studies of Religion Teacher in Secondary Schools, also facilitating and teaching meditation to senior students.
