"I came along because I was curious about meditation - and I have certainly learnt a lot about the different aspects of meditation. I particularly enjoyed Chris' calm voice during the meditations. This made relaxation come more readily. Thank you for the hospitality and effort made for the preparations for the course."
~ Jacqui Mitton
"I unknowingly used what I had learnt to overcome my problem - to solve why I felt I needed to meditate. Thank you for helping me value my self-worth and to understand that the issues of others are not created by my own being. You have helped me find me." ~ Councillor Carly Brown
"Chris' lovely nature and gentleness added to the enjoyment of the course. Probably the most valuable thing I learnt was to not take it all too seriously. This helped me to relax and enjoy meditation. I loved the openness and comfortable feeling that Chris gave during the weekend." ~ Kate Hooper
